The HAMLETS HOA – Exterior Architectural Maintenance and Changes

Any plans for external structural changes, modifications or alterations (e.g., roof, gutters, windows, siding, garage-storm-front doors, shutters, lighting fixtures, decks, patios, sheds, fences, driveways, in-ground pools, retaining walls, etc.) to your Lot (home) are to be submitted to The HAMLETS Association’s Architectural Review Board (ARB) using the Standard Form of Architectural Change for approval prior to undertaking such work.

The HAMLETS HOA – Exterior Paint and Colors

The HAMLETS homes were each designated a coordinated “color scheme” by the builder (Rivermead Homes). McCormick Colonial External Colors was the originally used paint . If painting with pre-approved colors for your home model, you are not required to submit an Architectural Change Form.
