        Assessments - Notice Posted

                  - The HAMLETS HOA - 2026 Quarterly Assessment rate is $150/Quarter.

                  - The HAMLETS HOA is looking for owner volunteers to submit their interest to the

                     Board for possibly become a member of the HOA's "Architectural Review Board."

        Architectural Review - Notice Posted

           - The HAMLETS 2026 Annual ARB Lot inspection is scheduled as follows:

                  - Initial Spring Inspection - April 15-30, 2026

                  - Re-Inspection of Lots with Spring ARB violations - July 15-31, 2026

                  - Re-Inspection of Lots still with outstanding ARB violations - Sept 15-30, 2026

                  - Re-Inspection of Lots still with outstanding ARB violations - November, 2026
