The HAMLETS Homeowners Association

The HAMLETS community is comprised of three different builder models. Each of these home models provide an additional mixture of external features, color schemes, and elevations. This variety provides a quality mix of design and visual diversity in the house designs. All of the home models are three level Colonials with 2-story open foyers and 2-car garages.
