The HAMLETS Homeowners Association

The HAMLETS community is composed of three streets that are part of the Virginia Department of Transportation's (VDOT) system and designated by a state route number as follows:

- Cabin Ridge Court      SR2570

- Corryton Court           SR2574

- Vanore Place              SR2574

Snow Plowing of the community's streets is the sole responsibility of VDOT and "not" the community's Homeowners Association. The funding and actual selection of the "contracted plow service vendor" is also the sole responsibility of VDOT.

 

Speed Limits of the streets are established through the legal jurisdiction of Virginia and determined and posted by VDOT.
