The HAMLETS HOA – Common Areas (2)

Relax and enjoy the open space and greenery as you stroll through the community’s common areas or sit on the bench and enjoy a reflection of the day. The HAMLETS Vanore Place Common Area is a 1.5 acre parcel containing woods, open space, and a stream (Cabin Branch). The Cabin Ridge Common Area is approximately 1.0 acre and is also lined with bushes and towering Maples. The HAMLETS two Common Areas are deeded and registered in the land records of Prince William County.

Please Pick-Up after your Pet! - Thank You

Maintaining the general neat appearance and litter free Common Areas is the responsibility of each Lot owner in the Association.

All Lot owners being members of the Association share equally as both caretakers and owners of the Common Areas. Each owner indirectly shares in the responsibility, maintenance, care, and enjoyment of the Common Areas. The oversight of the Common Areas for the Association’s members is the responsibility of the elected Homeowners Association Board of Directors.

Pesticide / Herbicide / Fertilizer applications will from time to time be applied to the Common Area grounds. Upon these applications yellow "application flags" will be placed.
