The HAMLETS community is a private enclave with only one street entrance branching into multiple cul-de-sacs. This private community is nestled into a setting of mature trees, combining greenery, common open space, and a small stream running through the middle of the community. As relaxing and beautiful as the setting is, the largest asset is our residents taking pride and enabling the community to shine and grow. We thank all residents for working together to maintain a community that we can all be proud.

This community web site is designed to provide both current and prospective residents with information about our community. As we have set our community standards high and our expectations even higher, we welcome and encourage you to explore and see for yourself why we call The HAMLETS home.

The HAMLETS community is located in the heart of beautiful Prince William County, but also close to the amenities and culture of Old Town Manassas. The community's location is near all the quality school’s servicing the community, parks, restaurants, stores, medical and hospital facilities, NVCC, GMU, plus many other diverse businesses. The community has easy access to many of the County's major transportation corridor's as well as the Virginia Railway Express (VRE) System. The HAMLETS community is a country setting but conveniently located to an array of recreational, cultural, and business entities.
